	~~The steak and corn roast is traditionally held on the last Sunday of the season (Labor Day weekend).~~

	* New York Strip steaks cut in half, resulting in 6-8 oz cuts
	* Hot dogs and buns
	* Hamburgers and buns
	* Corn
	* Salad and salad dressing
	* Rolls
	* Ketchup, mustard, steak seasoning and steak sauce
	* Butter to melt and dip corn in
	* Salt and pepper
	* Plates
	* Bowls for salad
	* Napkins
	* Plastic ware
	* Tablecloths
	* Additional folding tables (borrow as needed)
	* Plastic gloves for serving
	* Sturdy foil containers (square pans) to hold food
	* Aluminum foil to cover foil containers to keep warm (and keep bugs out)
	* Tongs and spatulas
	* Crock pots to melt butter
	* Hot pads

	* We have asked kids to volunteer to shuck corn. In return, participants receive a ticket to get a free item from the snack shack.
