Job Description
- Attends monthly board meetings (minimum 80%).
- Acts as a full voting member on board decisions.
- Presides at all meetings.
- Sets the monthly agenda.
- Supports the annual member meeting.
- Sets the agenda.
- Acts as moderator.
- Active in all aspects of club happenings including but not limited to committee activities, staffing, pool management, capital improvements and finances.
- Has the following special skills:
- Good communication and leadership. Must be comfortable talking to people and addressing potential conflicts.
- A willingness to make the time commitment required.
- A desire to make a difference at the club!
